- more than 1 from BOX
- more than 2 from a Factory
- in the distance of 1 from rail track
- nor more than 1 from a Dock

ROOM
You need to find out where is the contraband (like I know what that means ...)

Go to the warehouse below the crane and open the first crate from the right. Your maple syrup should be there.
